| Posted 30th May 2005 01:27 | | | Hmmmm. Not sure what's happened there. Unfortunately the "Main" function references just about every third party component we use! Rather than trying to replace them all one by one, I'd say your best bet might be to reinstall GameShadow and then have another go. Let us know how you get on... |
| Posted 30th May 2005 11:57 | | | I already tried that before posting here, standard operating prcedure :p. My guess is adaware or spybot found something that gameshadow uses and i've quarenteened or deleted it not knowing what it is. Any idea what spybot or adaware my have removed from gameshadow? But then I thought a reinstall would fix it, but it didn't, so I'm a bit bamboozled, I wouldn't mind if it was a free program, but when you pay for it, it makes you want to find out how to fix it Oh it also says in the error message, not the error log. "Active X component can't create object" "Component versioon 1.0.1" "Path C:\Program Files\GameShadow\exsEventHandler" "Error 429 was generated in the Event Handler. Write to file method of the event handler" Any ideas? reinstalling doesn't seem to help. |
