All we can offer is generic support. However, a quick search on the Sierra knowledgebase suggests you may have something running in the background that is preventing the game from running properly. I would suggest you try following the steps outlined here and if that doesn't work contact Sierra direct as they can provide much more specific troubleshooting tips.
