3DGamers.com has a 1.08 US Full Version Patch @ 588mb, as I was downloading a FEAR 1.08 Patch thru Gameshadow I wasnt too sure why it was only 313mb, well anyways its the UK version not US.

How long has the US version not been available thru Gameshadow??

When will the US version be available to download via Gameshadow??

Either way the language doesnt state until you start the download, and even then some of us dont worry about the name of the file until it gets downloaded; so to see that its downloading FEAR1.08UK.exe is something that we may not see until its downloaded

Where you downloading this from the My Games view, the classic view or the VMC. If it's the VMC maybe you chose the wrong one?

Where do I start, where do I start?

Below are some steps to show you what I've done/did

1.) Clean install of FEAR Directors cut from actual release date

2.) Install Gameshadow or rather "Add New Game" of FEAR

3.) Gameshadow detects that I'm running version 1.00 of FEAR, at homepage there is a link that is a critical update patch to 1.08, by clicking that link it comes up with a Download/View Readme, without any regard I click that and it starts to download a 313mb file for UK.exe version

4.) Clicking "Show My Games", scrolling down to FEAR, choose "Show Updates" there is a patch at 1.08, by starting the download, again its the UK version

5.) By Clicking "Show My Games" then at the top choosing Version Management Console, clicking FEAR there is only 1 file from ANY version to 1.08, by clicking that, again it downloads the UK.exe version at 313mb

6.) By Clicking "Home", clicking that Critical 1.08 FEAR Patch link, scrolling down it talks about (Mods, Patches, Purchases, Trailers) there is TWO 1.08 Patches from ANY version, there I determine which is the US.exe version and the UK.exe version

By clicking the readme, it opens up a browser page or takes control of what youre typing in LOL and it talks about the patch notes, however I think again it doesnt state the language.

Anyways so after all this I guess the only place from a clean install of FEAR to download the US version patch is #6, and scrolliing down, but all the other places dont say the language til you start the download and notice the application; UK.exe or US.exe

Make sense????

1.) At Show My Games the "My Games", scrolling down to FEAR and choose Show Updates from a clean install only lists 1 patch which is the UK version

2.) At Show My Games the "My Games-Classic" choosing FEAR the ANY to 1.08 patch, theres only 1 which is the UK Version

3.) At Show My Games the "Version Management Console" choosing FEAR, there is only 1 Patch for ANY version to 1.08, which again is the UK Version

4.) The only place to download the US Version of ANY version to 1.08 is again, where you click that "Critical FEAR 1.08 Patch" at the Home Page (the page that shows when you launch GameShadow/log in) and scroll down, past Trailers, Past Purchases, Past Mods and into the Patches sections where it has TWO Any Version to 1.08; you then have to click 1 to determine what language it will download, which the first one is UK.exe, the 2nd one when you start the download will say US.exe which is 616mb+
