| | I keep getting the same error now with the latest batch of patches downloaded through GameShadow.
The patch downloads properly and tries to install but I get a 3109 error. Basically the patch is not the right version. If I go to the website for Supreme Commander and download the correct patch manually then I can update without problem.
Looking at the last few patches that have been downloaded via Gameshadow shows that they are an "any version to latest" patch rather than a "version to version" patch. Mabe that is the cause, obviously not Gameshadows fault as they can't be blamed for poor patch design, but seen as though you can download the version to version patches anyway it seems that there is a solution.
