| | IT IS unbelivable that YOU GUYS AT GAMESHADOW STILL haven't fixed your program to run on vista. Many new computers are comming out with vista, HELLO!!!!! Get with the program. You all have a good service, yet you have some BONEHEADS in support. Update your program. And dont tell us to turn on UAC, no one else does. Just get on the ball and fix your program. Please.

| | | Guys, the best way to get support is to email support at gameshadow.com not in here. Send in your error logs and we'll help you. You must do this to get support, not here, this is more community and self help. GS does work on Vista, If you are getting specific errors then do the above. We've tested GS on Vista. Yeah of course it's a constant battle with new updates and so on but we are doing all we can to ensure it works. I'm using it on Vista right now, with UAC on OR off. Both. T |

| | | i've just updated my GS to the latest version and now im unable to get it to work, i get 429 error occurred (activeX component can't create object. i am running windows ultimate (64) and have enabled the UAC ive installed the latest MDAC, ive uninstalled, cleared my reg using reg clean expert, ive deleted firewall details and deleted the gameshadow folder, reinstalled and still get the same error. what am i doing wrong. sorry didnt see the above post askin to contact support, have done now email sent to Tony T as of 30 March 2008 as still no reply from support
