After having many issues with GS I decided to do a full reinstall, and reinstall several things GS relied on. So it worked but now I cannot add any games. I either get a Error 13 when trying to search or the system does not find anything. I even give it specific a folder of a game and it till tells me it finds nothing.

I have XP Pro SP2. I also have all the updates for the OS that were released(I updated to try and solve the issue.) and I updated the VBScript thing.

I also tried reinstalling the program after erasing everything. I uninstalled it then I deleted the registry values and then I deleted the directory. It still does not work with the same error.

Hi there, sorry it's not working for you. Could you go into Settings then turn on Log Communications. Run GS up again and then go through the same process and make sure it throws the error. Then go into the GameShadow\Data directory, zip up the .log files and send them to support(at)gameshadow.com .We'll then sort it for you!

Thanks

TT

I would like to say that the issue remains unresolved. I have had no communication from tech support.
