Dear customers, we are experiencing problems with the local nameservers in the datacentre in London where some of the GameShadow servers are housed. The technical team at our ISP are working on the problem. We'll let you know when it has been resolved.

If you login to GameShadow you may see timeout errors when the client is trying to get the latest update information whilst this ISP error is ongoing.
