B17 Flying Fortress lets you take control of any of the 10 individual positions of the plane, and puts you in command of an entire squadron of 12 bombers. The computer can take over unoccupied positions. B17 delivers a full WWII flight sim experience.

Lionman10 Jan, 2009 23:22If this game had an online co-opertaive mode it would be one of the best WW2 air combat sims of all time. IMO it is certainly the most iummersive single player WW2 air combat sim ever. You really do get a striong impression of exactly how hard it was to fly those long daylight raids in unpressurised B-17s at high altitude. I really love this sim and still play it sometimes. The graphics are old now but the game`s design and conce-pt are exceptional. You can take any position in the B 17 like an FPS
